Shipping policy

Shipping 

All orders are processed within 2 - 3 days of receipt of the order. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Once dispatched delivery is usually between 3 - 5 working days. In the event of non-delivery please inform us within 10 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

On return we recommend you obtain proof of delivery for your returns as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

For international orders, please email us for a quotation. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs and processing fees.

Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at mrhullabaloo@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping address.

The return postage is the responsibility of the customer, we would ask that you please keep your original receipt to be able to receive a refund. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
